Two home invaders in Georgia threw their hands up in fear when they found themselves staring down the barrel of a gun.

Unbeknownst to them, that gun wasn’t a real gun – and the person behind it is only 16 years old.

Bayne Sampe was home alone with his little brother when her heard a noise at the front.

He had been sitting on his bed texting but jumped to his feet to investigate – grabbing his M4 replica airsoft gun in the process.

As he started coming down the stairs, Bayne saw two men in black hoodies entering the home. He cocked the gun and took aim.

The first burglar to see him threw his hands up in the air and ran away, with the second following closely behind.

Bayne and his father told local media that his ROTC training helped him remain calm during the tense confrontation.

“Taking ROTC in high school has helped him respond to situations and react correctly,” he said. “He didn’t panic.”

Looks like it’s time for Bayne to get his own AR-15 for real.

Gross). When he's not writing he's celebrating the resurgence of his beloved Florida Gators and New York Mets.
