Actress Emma Watson, best known as Hermione in the Harry Potter series is none to pleased with a new Change.org petition that’s gaining steam on the internet.
You see, back in September Watson began speaking out about her support of refugees despite the overwhelming increase in violence that has followed them to Europe. She tweeted:

Her activism has lead the creators of the petition to call for Watson to spend a week at a migrant camp in Calais, France – a camp that has been rampant with the very violence Watson claims isn’t happening among refugees:
“In order to show how safe current migration is to Europe, particularly regarding the cause of feminism (I reject wholeheartedly the notion that North African and Middle Eastern migrants are unsafe, and rapists), Emma Watson should spend a week’s holiday in a Calais migrant camp, without guards of course, to show how safe, and how pro feminism these migrants are.”
There are already more than 12,000 signatures to the petition in just over a week.
The screen sorceress has not responded to the petition publicly.
